The landlord case

Why landlords choose serviced accommodation

Longer bookings mean steadier occupancy, fewer changeovers and lower cleaning costs.

Common questions

Everything landlords ask about serviced accommodation

Can't see your question? Add it to the form and we'll answer when we call.

How is serviced accommodation different from Airbnb?

Airbnb is one of the platforms we use. Serviced accommodation focuses on longer stays of a week to three months, often booked by companies, with regular housekeeping and monthly billing. That means fewer changeovers and steadier income.

Does London's 90-night rule apply?

In London, a whole home can be let for stays of under 90 consecutive nights for up to 90 nights a year without planning permission. We plan stay lengths and bookings for each property to keep you within the rules, and we'll explain how it applies to yours.

Who pays the bills and council tax?

On a management agreement, bills are paid from the property's income and shown in your monthly report. On guaranteed rent, we cover them. We confirm the exact split in writing.

Can I block out dates for personal use?

Yes. Give us the dates and we'll keep them free on every platform.

What is the contract term?

Our management agreements are usually 12 months, with a notice period set out in the agreement. Guaranteed rent agreements run for 1–5 years.

How do payouts work?

You receive one payment each month with a report showing every booking, cost and our fee.
