Who we are
Operators first, managers second
We started by running our own portfolio of rented homes across London: finding the properties, furnishing them, looking after guests and keeping everything maintained. Over time, landlords began asking us to do the same for their homes.
Today we work with landlords in two ways. With guaranteed rent, we lease your property on a company let and pay you a fixed rent on the same date every month, booked or empty. With management, you keep the income and we handle the day-to-day running.
Either way, you deal with one team that knows your property, answers the phone, and treats your home as if it were our own.
